Basic Information:
  • The main parts of cone crusher are crushing wall, rolling wall, bowl bearing and copper sleeve. Below we look at the detailed introduction of each accessory. 1.Crushing wall of cone crusher The crushing wall is also called the moving cone, which is the main moving part of the Construction Waste Crusher . The crushing wall is generally fixed on the conical body with a conical head, and epoxy resin is cast between the two. As a key part of the crushed material, the crushed wall is easy to wear and tear, so pay attention to inspection and replacement during use. 2. Cone crusher rolling mortar wall The cone crusher works by crushing the mortar wall and the crushing wall together to crush the material. Because the mortar wall is fixed, it is also called a fixed cone. When the cone crusher is running, the crushing wall will move along a certain trajectory, and the distance from the wall of the mortar will sometimes be close to and away from it, to achieve the purpose of crushing the crushed material. Generally, U-shaped screws are used to roll the mortar wall on the adjusting ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make them tightly combined. 3.Bowl type bearing of cone crusher The bowl bearing is one of the important parts of the crusher. Its installation quality has a great influence on the rotation of the moving cone. Therefore, when assembling, make sure that the bowl-shaped bearing frame fits tightly with the base and makes good contact. 4.Copper crusher copper sleeve The role of the copper sleeve of the cone crusher is to serve as a sliding bearing. It has a straight copper sleeve and a large gear assembly inside, which generally has less wear and tear, and the total gap is less than 5 mm. There is a tapered copper sleeve in the middle of the large gear assembly. The moving cone main shaft is inserted. The upper clearance is about 3 mm and the lower clearance is about 8 mm. It can be measured with a thick fuse during assembly. The amount of wear on the spherical surface of the cone will affect its clearance, and the trajectory of the moving cone is determined by it.
